What happens when an alert comes in
You agree your response plan with us during setup — who we call, in what order, and when.
Our AI spots a person or vehicle on your site, day or night.
A trained operator reviews the live video within 30 seconds and confirms whether it's a real threat.
If real, the operator warns the intruder off through your site speaker, and lights and siren are activated.
The operator calls your keyholder list in order — for example: owner → site manager → second keyholder.
If agreed in your response plan, police are contacted with a video clip: Gardaí (Ireland), police (UK), or Hong Kong Police (HK).
You receive a written incident report with timestamped video by 8am the next morning.
