Video frames from connected cameras (ONVIF or ImageDeep power-efficient hardware), detection metadata (object class, bounding box, timestamp), and verified alert records (clip, operator note, dispatch action). For partner-led deployments, basic account and site configuration data (name, email, site label, camera count).
ImageDeep operates from Tuen Mun, Hong Kong and Dublin, Ireland; processing and storage locations are confirmed per deployment. We do not claim EU data residency. Where a customer requires region-specific processing or storage, request it and we will scope what is possible for your deployment.
GDPR-aligned information security practices, encryption in transit and at rest, and optional human verification before an actionable event is acted on. Access is role-based and audited.
