Video frames from connected cameras (ONVIF or ImageDeep power-efficient hardware), detection metadata (object class, bounding box, timestamp), and verified alert records (clip, operator note, dispatch action). For partner-led deployments, basic account and site configuration data (name, email, site label, camera count).
ImageDeep is headquartered in Hong Kong; processing and storage are managed from Hong Kong. We do not claim EU data residency. Where a customer requires region-specific processing or storage, request it and we will scope what is possible for your deployment.
ISO 27001-aligned information security practices, encryption in transit and at rest, and human verification before any alert is acted on. Access is role-based and audited.
