ARC monitoring · optional add-on
HoundLight and Scopis AI work on their own: the AI detects people, warns them off and alerts your team. When a site needs a trained operator responding around the clock, add ARC monitoring. We arrange a licensed alarm receiving centre in your country and send it actionable events, with the clip, site and time.
Events the AI marks as actionable go to the ARC with the clip, site and time. An operator checks them, speaks to the intruder through the unit or camera, and follows your response plan.
The ARC calls your keyholders, and the police where its licence and local rules allow.
Alerts still go to your own people by app, text or WhatsApp, and anyone can cancel or escalate in the Scopis AI app.
The ARC sees actionable events, not every detection. The AI filters out shadows, animals and weather first.
The ARC does. Alarm monitoring is a licensed activity in most countries. In Ireland that means a PSA-licensed monitoring centre; in the UK, an NSI- or SSAIB-approved ARC; in the US, a centre licensed in your state. ImageDeep arranges a licensed partner ARC in your country and connects your HoundLight units or Scopis AI cameras to it.
Priced per site. Tell us the site, the hours you need covered and how many units or cameras you have, and we'll send a quote — usually the same day.
No. HoundLight and Scopis AI work without it, with alerts going straight to your team. ARC monitoring is an optional add-on for sites that need a trained operator to respond.
No. Only actionable events go to the ARC — people in armed zones during armed hours, or events your team escalates.
Tell us which centre you use and we'll check whether it can receive events from Scopis AI.
Yes. It's set up per site, so you can add it for one site or for a shutdown period.
