PERI Group operated construction sites across three countries with a security model built on passive CCTV and weekly guard patrols — a model that left the majority of site hours unmonitored. PPE violations went undetected in real time, unauthorised access occurred without immediate response, and out-of-hours plant movement was only discovered after the fact. The central security team had no unified view across sites, making it impossible to coordinate monitoring or generate consistent compliance reporting. Metal and equipment theft was a recurring problem, with losses compounding across the portfolio. ISO 27001 compliance required monthly evidence packs that took 4+ hours per site to compile manually.

ImageDeep deployed across all 6 sites in under 48 hours using existing on-site IP cameras — no hardware replacement was required. The platform now monitors over 140 cameras simultaneously, with three agents enabled: the PPE Compliance Agent for hard hat, hi-vis, and safety boot detection; the Danger Zone Intrusion Agent for perimeter monitoring after hours; and the Vehicle Permit Authorisation Agent to track authorised and unauthorised vehicle movements. Every alert generated by the AI is reviewed by a trained human operator before reaching the PERI operations team — eliminating false alarms by design. The multi-site dashboard gives the central security team a unified view of all locations, with incident logs and compliance reporting built in. Monthly Annex A.7 evidence packs are now generated automatically for ISO 27001 renewal, eliminating manual compilation entirely.
