Gammon Construction —
Zero False Alerts Across 34 Cameras

The Challenge

Gammon Construction's Tseung Kwan O site relied on a legacy model of on-site guards and passive CCTV recording. The system generated dozens of false alarm calls per day — overwhelming site managers and creating alarm fatigue across the security team. PPE violations were going undetected because the volume of footage made manual review impractical. Equipment theft was occurring after hours with no verified real-time alerting. There was no unified view across the site's 34 cameras, making it impossible to understand site-wide security posture at any given moment. The client needed a solution that would deliver actionable, verified intelligence — not just more footage and more noise.

The Solution

ImageDeep was deployed in 48 hours on Gammon's existing IP camera infrastructure — no new hardware required. Three agents were enabled immediately: the PPE Compliance Agent to detect missing hard hats, hi-vis vests, and safety boots in real time; the Perimeter Intrusion Agent to monitor site boundaries after hours; and the After-Hours Monitoring module to provide verified coverage across all cameras between shift-end and site opening. Every alert generated by the AI was reviewed by a trained human operator before reaching the site manager's phone — eliminating false alarms by design. The ImageDeep Command Dashboard gave the site security team a unified real-time view of all 34 cameras, with incident history and compliance reporting built in.

Sentinel — guarding the rebar yard

A Sentinel unit deployed as a static guard over rebar stockpiles at the Gammon site. Hazard-striped, tripod-mounted, and tied straight into the same human-verified monitoring pipeline as the 34 fixed cameras.

Two Technicians, One IP65 Cabinet — Deployed Live

Not a render or a spec sheet. This is an ImageDeep field team commissioning an IP65-rated edge cabinet on an active Gammon transit site — housing the edge AI compute that runs detection on-site, before any frame leaves the perimeter. Every enclosure is wired, weather-sealed, and tied straight into our human-verified monitoring pipeline.

We own the whole stack — hardware, firmware, AI and the verification operations centre — so field installs go from sign-off to live monitoring in 48 hours.
