The Challenge
The site carried high-value plant, copper, and rebar across a sprawling, hard-to-fence perimeter. After-hours theft was recurring — often gone before anyone noticed. The rebar yard sat beyond the reach of any fixed camera, with no power or mounting point. Worse, the logistics side was a blind spot: unauthorised contractor vehicles and deliveries bypassed gate controls with no verifiable record, and the site manager had no way to tie a plate to a delivery docket or prove what left the site and when.
The Solution
ImageDeep was live on the site's existing IP cameras in 48 hours — covering gates, hoardings, and PPE zones with human-verified alerts. Where fixed cameras couldn't reach, Sentinel tripod units were deployed as static guards over the rebar yard and material stockpiles. At the gate, SmartReg LPR captured and logged every vehicle plate, cross-checking each against the approved delivery and permit list and binding it to the delivery docket for a tamper-proof chain-of-custody. Every detection — intrusion, PPE breach, or logistics discrepancy — was confirmed by a human operator before it reached the site manager's phone.
