ImageDeep is Irish-led and GDPR-aligned. Processing and storage locations are agreed with you before deployment.

Video processing and evidence storage locations are confirmed for your region in your proposal, before deployment. EU and Irish customers can keep data within the EU. Ask us about requirements for the UK, North America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.

Who watches your cameras

  • Trained ImageDeep operators work in a 24/7 global monitoring network — follow-the-sun coverage, every hour of every day.
  • With the optional human verification upgrade, a trained operator confirms what the AI sees before any alert, warning or dispatch reaches you.
  • Access is logged. Every view, verification and action by an operator is recorded in an audit trail you can review.
  • Video is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Your data, your control

  • Region options for processing and storage, agreed with you before deployment.
  • Retention periods by plan: 7, 30 or 90 days of incident evidence storage.
  • Deletion on request — ask us to delete your footage and we will.
